Thank you for shopping at Seda Batik. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Online Exchanges

  • You have 7 days from the delivered date to request an exchange for online purchased items.
  • Items must be in original condition with tags intact.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
  • You can exchange your item's sizes or colors or get an exchange code to place a new order for a new style.
  • Showroom exchanges are allowed on prior confirmation from Seda Batik Online Store.
  • Online exchange process takes 10-15 working days.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date
  • Item must not be on our non-returnable items list (see below)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered is different from what you had ordered, it will only be accepted for refund and will be arranged via courier free of charge.

Refund Process

  • We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse.
  • Refunds can only be made as follows:
    • Paid Orders: Refund will be made to the card used for the original order
    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Bank transfer to your provided account details
  • You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed.
  • Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days, however, this can vary according to the bank.
  • Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

OUTLET/SHOWROOM EXCHANGES

For your convenience, we accept return/exchange of online orders at our retail outlets:

  • Please contact us via online@sedabatik.com or call our hotline for prior confirmation.
  • You can exchange for size, color, or a new style.
  • Discounted styles will not be accepted.
  • Credit note or gift voucher will not be given in exchange for an online exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for such returns.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

PROCESSING TIME

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-15 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Return/Exchange can be arranged only after contacting us via email at online@sedabatik.com or our hotline.
  • If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
  • Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending back the items.
