REFUND ELIGIBILITY
We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: Items that arrive damaged during shipping
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Wrong Item Sent: When we send you a different item than what you ordered
- Significantly Different from Description: Items that materially differ from our product description

REFUND PROCESS
Step-by-Step Process

- Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Send the item(s) back to us using the provided return label (for eligible cases) or arrange your own shipping.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets refund criteria.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
- Refund Receipt: You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed.
Processing Time
- We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving your returned item at our warehouse
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 working days after processing
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
REFUND METHODS
Payment Method Based Refunds
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original card used for purchase
- Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account used for payment
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer to your provided account details
- Digital Wallet Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original digital wallet
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the product cost but exclude shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damaged during shipping).
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Downloadable digital products or software
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items returned without authorization or after the 7-day window
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the item
- Provide photos of the damage or defect when reporting
- We will arrange free return shipping via prepaid label
- Choose between replacement (if available) or full refund
- Priority processing within 3-5 business days
RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping Responsibility
- Our Error: We provide prepaid shipping labels for returns due to our mistakes (wrong item, damaged, defective)
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns (where applicable)
- Return Address: Use only the return address provided by our customer service team
- Packaging: Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
PARTIAL REFUNDS
